As part of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2026, the IGF participated in a communication campaign initiated by Inserm.

Inserm launched a collective communication campaign involving all of its research units and the “Occitanie Méditerranée” Regional Delegation. This campaign aims to show that gender inequality has no place in our professional environments and to demonstrate that gender parity benefits work outcomes and the workplace atmosphere.

The goal was to present a unified, visible, authentic, and sincere message, which was highlighted in a LinkedIn campaign on March 8.

Inserm invited each unit to take a group photo of its volunteer staff, accompanied by a short, powerful message.
