MRI FACILITY

CALL FOR PROJECTS AT THE NEW SCREENING MRI FACILITY

The MRI platform recently opened a new screening facility for in vitro or cellular based screens. The facility is fully equipped from plates preparation to image/signal acquisition and statistical analysis. After setting up the instruments and validating the pipeline on a real project the facility is now fully opened to the Montpellier scientific community. Ongoing projects together with more general applications requiring robotisation will be shown to illustrate the types of screens and projects that can be performed at the facility.
