JOURNÉES SP'IN
Les journées SP'IN sont un séminaire organisé par l'association SP'IN (Etudiants et Postdocs) de l’IGF. Elles auront lieu les 24-25 novembre au Lazaret, Sète. L'objectif est de favoriser le réseau professionnel des chercheurs en début de carrière de l'IGF, ainsi que d'offrir un lieu convivial leur permettant de partager leurs projets et d'être stimulés scientifiquement. Plus de 60 chercheurs du bâtiment s'y joindront et présenteront leurs travaux sous forme de présentations orales ou de posters.
Pour enrichir le programme, les participants auront l'occasion de découvrir et d'apprendre à quel point la science-fiction se rapproche de la science de la paillasse. Sous le thème "Sci-fiction en Sci-biologie", plusieurs orateurs invités présenteront leurs travaux sur l'intelligence artificielle et la robotique :
- Le Dr Benoît Girard (CNRS, Paris) participera par zoom à la conférence : "Developing habits and sleeping over it: why (and how) should a robot do that?".
- Le Dr Stéphane Perrey et Dr Gérard Dray (EuroMov digital health in Motion, Montpellier) présenteront "Brain computer interface and Neurofeedback : physiological, neuroscientific and technological aspects".
Enfin, il y aura une discussion entre des chercheurs expérimentés du secteur public (Dr Robert Quast, scientifique INSERM) et du secteur privé (Dr Lucile Hurault et Dr Emilie Eiselt, Cisbio/Perkin Elmer) ouverte aux questions, dans le but de conseiller les jeunes chercheurs sur la manière de poursuivre une carrière scientifique

SP'IN DAYS
The SP’IN days is a meeting organized by the SP’IN (Student and Postdoc) association of the IGF that will take place the 24-25th November in Le Lazaret, Sète. Its goal is to promote networking among IGF early career researchers, as well as to provide a friendly place that allows to share their projects and be scientifically challenged. More than 60 researchers of the building will join and will present their work as oral or poster presentations.
To enrich the program attendees will have the opportunity to discover and learn about how close is becoming sci-fiction to the science of the bench. Under the theme “Sci-fiction in Sci-biology” several invited speakers will introduce their work about artificial intelligence and robotics:

Finally, there will be a discussion between experienced researchers in the public sector (Dr. Robert Quast, INSERM scientist) and the private sector (Dr. Lucile Hurault and Dr. Emilie Eiselt, Cisbio/Perkin Elmer) open to question, with the goal of advising young researchers on how pursue a career in science.
