THE 1ST INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON MECHANISMS UNDERLYING MEMORY STORAGE AND PATHOLOGICAL LEARNING

The 1st International Symposium on Mechanisms Underlying Memory Storage and Pathological Learning took place on May 19th in Montpellier, as a satellite of the 12th Colloquium of the French Neuroscience Society. This symposium, organized by three members of IGF (Anne Biever, Fanny Duhr and Emma Puighermanal), included internationally renowned speakers at the forefront of the field of learning and memory and attracted more than 160 attendees. The main aim of this event was to promote scientific interaction of cutting-edge research, covering the most recent molecular, cellular, anatomical and behavioral studies of memory in both physiological and pathological contexts. A Special Issue in a scientific journal will be edited including some of the data presented in this symposium.
